Shelly was born and raised in the mountains of Buncombe County. Before coming to work in the dentistry field, she was a Certified Nursing Assistant at a few of the nursing facilities around Asheville, where she enjoyed taking care of and loving on the elderly. She joined the world of dentistry about 5 years ago and is a great people person, loving the customer service aspect of the job. One of the joys of her job is seeing the patients walk out of the office with a new and beautiful smile. When she isn’t at work, she enjoys spending time with her two beautiful daughters, reading, hiking, swimming and camping. She also enjoys remodeling her home and even over hauling vehicles in her spare time.
Marija

Originally from Macedonia ( a small country on the Balkan peninsula in Southeast Europe), Marija moved to the United States in 2002. She lived in Vermont for a number of cold winters, before making the move to South Asheville in 2007.
Marija is a graduate of AB Tech, with degrees in both Dental Assisting and Dental Hygiene. She has completed further education earning certificates in Advanced non-surgical periodontal therapy and Administration of local anethesia and stays current with many continuing education classes yearly.
She is passionate about dentistry and strives to provide the very best in preventative and periodontal dental care, but the aspect of her profession that she enjoys most is building long-lasting relationships with her patients.
Marija is committed to serving and has been a part of many local and international charitable organizations, providing care for those in need.
When not working, Marija enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Hank and their 9 year old son, Adrian. They love exploring the beauties of Asheville and traveling the world.
Gloria

Gloria has 31 years of experience in the dental field. Her Favorite part of the job is the feeling of accomplishment each time a patient is happy with their smile.
She moved to Asheville 10 years ago from the Philippines when she married a serviceman. She loves to travel and has visited many other countries like Canada, Japan and Italy. When she isn’t working, she enjoys ballroom dancing, hiking, and hanging out with her dog Lulu.
David

A native to Asheville with 13 years of experience in the medical field, David graduated in 2016 from AB Tech obtaining an Associates in Applied Science. After working in the Healthcare field for 11 years, he discovered that his passion was for Dentistry. He went back to AB Tech and graduated with his certification in assisting in July of 2021. David has also been practicing Kung-Fu for six years at Shaolin Kung-Fu of Asheville where he also instructs a Tai Chi and Kung-Fu class for children. When he is not working or performing reverse snap-kicks, he enjoys hiking, camping, painting, spinning yarn and playing video games. David is also a great go to person when it comes to random facts about animals.
